John A. Duncan is a specialist in probate, estate planning and trust law, certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.

Mr. Duncan is admitted in all California Courts, the U.S. District Court, Northern and Central Districts, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.

He maintains a private trust and estates practice in Newport Beach, California, near the Orange County Airport.

The emphasis of Mr. Duncan's practice is trust and estate litigation as well as trust and estate administration.

During the past several years he has been the trial attorney in many trust and estate litigation cases in Orange County.

The current focus of Mr. Duncan's work is expeditious dispute resolution and efficient trust and estate administration.

Mr. Duncan is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a member of the Orange County Bar Association Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section, serving as the section's chair in 1996, the Orange County Estate Planning Council and the Orange County Trial Lawyer's Association.
